This is a village where the people previously had a choice between two wells.
The first was a good drilled well where they had to wait for 3 hours or more before they had their turn to use it.
The second was a traditional open well which had dirty water – and would dry up eventually anyway.
Eddie saw this village and his comment on the application form was “Must be top of the list”.
